Functional Fitness Level 1-3
I originally created the Functional Fitness Class for Active Seniors. It works cardio, balance, coordination, abs, core, legs, back, and arms. You will need an exercise band and a chair. There is no floor work, so no mat is necessary. Although created for Active Seniors, it is also a good routine for people who have not been to the gym for a while and are looking for an entry-level exercise routine.
Level 2 - is a little more challenging than Level 1. We keep the chair handy in case you need it. The exercises are a little more complex. We begin doing more left-right coordination while using multiple muscle groups.
