Functional Fitness Level 1-3
I originally created the Functional Fitness Class for Active Seniors. It works cardio, balance, coordination, abs, core, legs, back, and arms. You will need an exercise band and a chair. There is no floor work, so no mat is necessary. Although created for Active Seniors, it is also a good routine for people who have not been to the gym for a while and are looking for an entry-level exercise routine.
Level 1 - is the easiest of the three. I assume your balance, strength, and coordination is not as good as you'd like. We use the chair for balance throughout the routine.
